We are looking for a driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting our range of auto spare parts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outdoor visits to workshops, garages, and retailers to promote auto spare parts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Identify business opportunities and follow up on potential leads
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product knowledge
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse for order fulfillment and deliveries
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in auto spare parts sales (preferably outdoor field sales)
Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts and related products
UAE driving license is mandatory
Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Familiarity with Sharjah and surrounding regions is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
