(Al Thuraya for Animals and Birds Feed Trading) is a specialized company in high-quality pet products, including cat litter, accessories, and pet food. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive and committed Outdoor Sales Representative who can also handle in-store merchandising to enhance brand visibility.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to hypermarkets, breeders, and pet stores, as well as ensuring that products are well displayed in stores to boost visibility and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Tasks:

Search for new clients and develop relationships with them Build strong connections with hypermarkets, breeders, and pet shops Promote and sell a wide range of products, including: Cat litter Accessories Pet food Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Document all sales activities and update client reports Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Merchandising Tasks:

Ensure products are properly and attractively displayed in stores Maintain product availability on shelves and update promotional displays Rotate products regularly to avoid expiration Take photos of displayed products and send reports to the team Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure best brand representation

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in outdoor sales or merchandising (preferably in the pet products field) Proficiency in both English and Arabic Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive personality and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and within a team Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the country Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) General knowledge of pet products and market trends
