Job Summary:
Tealand Trading LLC is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive B2B sales, primarily targeting the HORECA sector across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our premium loose-leaf teas and accessories to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into clients.
- Visit clients regularly in person (outdoor fieldwork).
- Present and promote Tealand's tea and accessories to HORECA clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the Sales Manager.
- Handle order processing, client follow-ups, and basic support.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and act as their point of contact.
- Collect market intelligence and suggest new sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE (FMCG/HORECA preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Own car is preferable (fuel provided).
- Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Passion for customer service and result-driven personality.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 3,000 - 5,000 (depending on experience).
