Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities in construction, retail, hospitality, and interior design sectors.
Visit potential clients, contractors, distributors, and showrooms to present porcelain product lines (tiles, sanitary ware, tableware, etc.).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with the factory and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to the sales management team.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand the client base.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF EXPRIENCE IN BUILDING MATERIAL SALES
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials, ceramics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of porcelain products and their applications is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
