Sales Representative to drive sales and foster long-term relationships with customers in the GPS tracking solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, developing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company's products and services. This role requires an individual who can work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and deliver excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Customer Relationship Management
:
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication, product education, and support.
Maintain an active network of current and potential clients, ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
2.
Sales & Lead Generation
:
Call potential customers to introduce and explain company products, emphasizing the value of GPS tracking solutions.
Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers to demonstrate products and close sales.
3.
Customer Support & Problem Solving
:
Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address any concerns.
Escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments (e.g., technical support or product development) for resolution.
4.
Record Keeping & Reporting
:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer appointments, complaints, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Track sales performance, report progress towards targets, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
5.
Collaboration with Marketing
:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities align with sales targets and effectively reach the target audience.
Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
6.
Product Feedback & Improvements
:
Communicate insights and feedback from customers to the product development team to recommend product improvements and modifications that align with market demand.
7.
Cost-Benefit Analysis
:
Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers, ensuring they select the most suitable GPS tracking solutions based on their requirements and budget.
8.
Competitive Analysis
:
Monitor competitor products, analyze features, benefits, pricing, and overall market success to stay ahead of trends and position company offerings effectively.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, ideally in technology, GPS solutions, or related fields (2+ years).
Experience in B2B sales and working with corporate clients is preferred.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex GPS tracking solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of GPS tracking products and solutions is a plus.
- Working days/ Hours : 6 days / week (9 hours )
