We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Experience in the lighting industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate lighting solutions.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (lighting industry background is a plus).
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
UAE driving license is a plus.
