Job Description
Wide Wings Media is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the media, advertising, and digital marketing space. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Identify and acquire new clients across media and advertising sectors Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and reports for management Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver effective client solutions Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities in the UAE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of sales experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing in UAE. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Valid UAE driving license.
