Key Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and sell products and services to customers using strong, persuasive communication. Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to grow market share, in coordination with the Sales Manager. Conduct daily client visits and submit detailed visit reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs, and report findings to the Line Manager for strategic action. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Track customer credit limits and payment terms; communicate outstanding balances and overdue accounts, follow up on payments, and support collection efforts. Liaise with the Specification Department as needed to respond to client inquiries. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on all sales activities, client feedback, potential deals, collections, competition, and complaints using the appropriate tools and channels. Meet and exceed defined sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in outdoor sales or a similar role, ideally within the wood industry. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is preferred. Presentable, with strong negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Valid UAE driving license.

Fluency in Arabic & Hindi is required.
