About Vendohmatic

Vendohmatic is a Dubai-based company specializing in smart vending machines, fully automatic coffee machines, and vending services for businesses and events. We support gyms, corporates, hospitals, offices, and exhibitions with premium machines, cashless payments, maintenance, and customized branding.



We are looking for a Sales Executive who will help us expand our client base across Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in dealing with clients. The role includes sales visits, client communication, and handling paperwork and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, gyms, hospitals, offices, events)

- Conduct field visits to present Vendohmatic services

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements

- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and WhatsApp

- Maintain lead sheets and sales tracking on Excel

- Coordinate with the operations team for installations and service follow-up

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on contracts and renewals

Requirements

- Valid UAE driving license

- Experience in sales within the UAE market (F&B, equipment, vending, hospitality, or services preferred)

- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email writing

- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

- Ability to manage time, handle follow-ups, and complete paperwork properly
