Job Description

Sleeping Plaza Store is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in outdoor sales, exceptional closing skills, and the ability to promote our premium brands across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell our products.
- Achieve and exceed high yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Represent the Sleeping Plaza brands at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure daily updates of visited sites are accurately reflected in the CRM system.
- Address and solve customer issues with a proactive approach.
Target Audience:
- Retail stores specializing in home furnishings.
- Hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses.
- Corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals seeking premium solutions.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or other relevant languages is a plus.
