Outdoor Sales Executive (uniforms / Workwear)
Job Description
We are a uniform manufacturing company looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow B2B accounts (companies, schools, restaurants, hospitals, facilities, etc.) and close uniform supply deals.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and generate new leads through field sales.
Present uniform samples, fabrics, branding/embroidery options, and quotations.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate, and close contracts.
Coordinate with production/team on sizing, delivery timelines, and order status.
Maintain a weekly pipeline report (calls, visits, proposals, closures).
Build long-term relationships and handle after-sales support.
Requirements
Proven outdoor/field sales experience (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license + own car (preferred).
Ability to meet monthly targets and work independently.
English required; Arabic is a plus.
