Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our building materials team, focusing on the sales of concrete blocks and related products to construction projects and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local construction market, the ability to build long-term relationships with project managers, engineers, and contractors, and a proven track record in B2B field sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction projects, contractors, and developers. Promote and sell blocks and other masonry products to project sites. Conduct regular site visits to understand project needs and provide tailored product solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build strong relationships with procurement officers, consultants, and engineers. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain records of sales activities and project pipelines using CRM tools. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to maximize sales performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in outdoor/project sales, preferably in construction materials (blocks, cement, concrete, etc.). Strong network in the construction and contracting industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Knowledge of technical aspects of block types, quality standards, and project specifications is a plus. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in building material sales. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
