We are seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales for shipping container trading, modification, and depot-related services. The role focuses on field sales, client visits, and business development with logistics companies, construction firms, industrial clients, and exporters/importers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers for container sales (new & used), leasing, and depot services
Promote container modification solutions (office containers, accommodation units, storage, customized containers, etc.)
Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, referrals, and market networking
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site inspections with clients
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable container solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and payments
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Identify new opportunities in logistics, construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demand
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations, depot, and modification teams to ensure smooth order execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic after-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
1-3 years of outdoor/field sales experience (shipping containers, logistics, construction, or industrial sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel locally for client visits
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of shipping container types, grades, and modifications
Understanding of depot operations, storage, and repair services
Experience dealing with B2B clients
Basic CRM or sales reporting experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
