Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on door-to-door and field-based sales of high-quality office furniture solutions to businesses across the region. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing B2B network to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outdoor sales activities, including prospecting, cold-calling, and visiting potential clients in Dubai and surrounding areas to promote and sell office furniture products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, targeting offices, corporate clients, and related industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in outdoor (door-to-door) sales, preferably in the office furniture industry or related fields. Established B2B client network in Dubai, with a preference for contacts in office design, renovation companies, or similar sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Willingness to travel extensively within Dubai and nearby emirates. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
