Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, cold calling, and networking. Meet potential clients to present company services, assess client requirements, and offer appropriate interior design or fit-out solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and project progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:



Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industries. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus. Knowledge of UAE market dynamics, especially in the real estate and interior sectors. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
