- Candidate should have previous experience working in outdoor sales of Interior Fit out, Joinery, Carpentry or any other technical related outdoor sales.
- Candidate should have a valid UAE driving license.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision, engaging potential clients, fostering profitable relationships.
- You should be a natural communicator in identifying commercial and residential carpentry, Joinery and furniture business opportunities with new clients, building long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, social media and in person.
- Generate sales opportunities by using your existing network and contacts.
- Handling customer questions, enquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Sales and business development activities achieving monthly sales targets.
- Track & procure projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and / or contractor.
- Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Establish market penetration strategy to procure carpentry, Joinery and furniture project jobs, especially in the retail sector as appropriate and generate opportunities through contacts, networking associations especially with the lease management team of buildings and shopping malls.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll be liaised with the execution teams throughout the process of the project to make it profitable and to ensure all client requirements are properly met.
