About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and ambitious

Outdoor Sales Agents

to promote and sell banking products across the UAE. If you are a passionate salesperson with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within the banking industry, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor sales activities, meeting potential clients at offices, residential areas, malls, and public locations. Sell a range of banking products including

credit cards, personal loans, accounts, and auto loans

. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and client acquisition. Provide detailed information to customers about products, eligibility criteria, and application processes. Collect and verify required documentation to complete applications accurately. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for application updates and additional services. Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Report daily and weekly sales activities to the Team Leader/Manager.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of outdoor direct sales experience

, preferably in banking, finance, or telecom sectors. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient personality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tagalog is a plus. UAE outdoor sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.

Education:

High school diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Hours:
