is a Dubai-based company operating in the sanitary ware and building materials sector. We are involved in the

in-house manufacturing and supply of bathroom fittings and related products

, serving retailers, traders, and project customers across the UAE.

With direct control over product quality, specifications, and supply, we focus on delivering reliable, market-driven solutions backed by consistent availability and strong customer relationships. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our outdoor sales team to strengthen our presence across key trading markets in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned sales territories through regular field visits Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, traders, and project clients Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration Present products professionally and communicate technical and commercial value to customers Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines Ensure timely follow-up on orders, deliveries, and customer commitments Coordinate internally with sales support, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements Achieve assigned sales and collection targets Represent the company in a professional manner at all times in the market

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in

outdoor sales within the sanitary ware or building materials industry

Minimum

4-5 years of UAE market experience

in a similar role Strong understanding of retail, trading, and distribution channels in the UAE Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset High level of professionalism, discipline, and self-management Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams Valid

UAE driving license

(mandatory) Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
