Job Summary:

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, securing new business, negotiating deals, and representing our company professionally. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service while upholding company values and policies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers; offer solutions and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory. Follow all company policies, procedures, and values to ensure a positive and accurate representation of the company. Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely payments from customers. Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close deals; handle customer complaints or objections professionally. Maintain a strong and professional company image at all times. Identify opportunities for sales improvement and growth. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs. Actively seek new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media. Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements. Follow up with customers after meetings and send timely reminders. Prepare purchase plans for potential clients based on project needs. Respond to customer emails, send quotations, and prepare invoices. Organize and attend exhibitions as required.

Requirements & Skills:

More than 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong discipline, organization skills, and adherence to company rules. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM preferred). Fluent in English. Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
