Role Overview

We're hiring a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition, build relationships, and hit ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and qualify potential SME customers in the field Present, promote, and sell company services with clear value propositions Explain service features accurately and handle objections professionally Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; track daily visits and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation Prepare brief activity reports (visits made, leads generated, conversions)
Requirements

Proven outdoor/field sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a team Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Office Timing & Days

Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday

Public Holidays:

As per UAE law
Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

AED 2,000/month
