Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding the company's client base within the UAE interior fit-out market. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales within the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction sector and a strong network of contacts in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and site visits. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, designers, property developers, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential project leads. Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients. Collaborate closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submission of bids. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Follow up on leads, quotations, and project negotiations to close deals successfully. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events across the UAE. Maintain an organized record of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline reports in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven outdoor sales experience within the

interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry in the UAE

. Strong local market knowledge and an existing client network are highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) and preferably a car. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
