Outdoor Sales Executive - Flowers Industry (Female only)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and driven Online/ outdoor Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Dubai. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic and preference will be given to female candidates with a background in the flowers or floral industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online customer inquiries and process orders.
Increase online sales through effective communication and upselling.
Promote seasonal offers and campaigns to boost conversions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth deliveries.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
On-site role, based in
Dubai
. Fluent inEnglish and Arabic
(spoken & written). Priorsales experience
required (flowers industry experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience
(flowers/floral industry background preferred).Benefits
