Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
Outdoor Sales Executive
with
at least 1 year of B2B sales experience
to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proven record of meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients across sectors (construction, real estate, industrial, commercial, healthcare, etc.).
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Present company services (inspection, certification, training, etc.) to decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of outdoor B2B sales experience
in the UAE (inspection, safety, training, or similar industries preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
