Actively seek out and engage potential customers to drive sales of outdoor flooring materials. experince with cctv , electronics, audio & video, mobile industries

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities. Gather feedback from clients and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies. Site Visits and Consultation: Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements, offer consultations, and provide recommendations on suitable flooring solutions. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders to understand project specifications and recommend appropriate flooring options. Quotations and Negotiations: Prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements and negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales contracts. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

Experience:
