Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, travel agents, and partners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailor-made travel itineraries.
Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, airlines, and service providers.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products and services.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve complaints promptly.
Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Cross-sell and up-sell additional services such as insurance, car rentals, and tours.
Train and guide junior sales staff or interns when required.
