About the Role:

KAS Interior Fitout L.L.C is hiring dynamic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executives for its Interior Fitout division. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who are looking to start a career in sales within the interior fit-out and technical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking Promote and sell the company's interior fit-out and technical services to residential and commercial clients Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present proposals Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project delivery Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality Self-driven and goal-oriented approach Willingness to work in the field and travel across Dubai and nearby regions Basic understanding of sales process (training will be provided) UAE driving license is mandatory Freshers are encouraged to apply
