We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in field sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to promote POS solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth:
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Travel extensively across the UAE to meet potential clients at their locations.
Demonstrate POS machines, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.
Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales efficiently.
Relationship Management:
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Performance & Collaboration:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Provide regular sales progress reports to the Sales Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience: 3+ years in outdoor sales, preferably in POS systems, payment solutions, or B2B sales.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, resilience, and client-centric approach.
License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Language; Malayalam (mandatory).
