to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. This role requires visiting clients, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outdoor field visits, cold calling, and networking
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their business
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Male candidate
with
own valid UAE visa
Valid UAE driving license
and own car (preferred)
Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar sales role
Computer literate and comfortable with using digital tools for communication and reporting
Willing to learn and
trainable on Milk Tea and Coffee products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Strong time management and organizational skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills is a plus)
Based in
Dubai
and familiar with the UAE market
