As an outdoor sales representative for a restaurant specializing in catering or bulk orders, your responsibilities would typically include: Prospecting and lead generation: Identify potential clients and businesses in need of catering services or bulk food orders. Establishing and nurturing client relationships: Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, businesses, and organizations to understand their catering needs and preferences. Conducting sales presentations: Arrange meetings with potential clients to showcase the restaurant\'s catering menu, food quality, pricing options, and any special offerings. Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements and preferences. Negotiating contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery logistics with clients to finalize catering contracts or bulk food orders. Ensure clear communication of expectations and responsibilities on both sides. Collaborating with internal teams: Coordinate with the restaurant\'s culinary team, kitchen staff, and delivery personnel to ensure seamless execution of catering orders and timely delivery of bulk food orders. Providing exceptional customer service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the catering process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally. Meeting sales Targets: Set and work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals established by the restaurant management for catering and bulk orders.
