Job Description

We are currently looking for potential and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive having a must experience in facility management services and Duct cleaning maintenance company holding a bachelor's degree and above. As a Sales Executive you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance and supervision and responsibilities will include such as:

• The Outdoor Sales executive is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities to generate new business, increase revenue and build relationships with existing clients.

• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotels and construction sites through direct sales.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
• Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Develop sales strategies for region to increase marketing penetration.

Skills Education, Qualifications & Experiences You must be holding preferably a degree in sales & marketing and minimum two years of work experiences in a Duct Cleaning and Maintenance company is must. Good computer skills and a perfect command over English is a must. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be a young, vibrant and innovative individual. You will be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and accounts record on all clients. • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Executive in Duct cleaning company: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Englsih (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
