Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Reports to the Owner on weekly basis. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Make sales orders/ LPO of customer and share it with accounts and logistics department. Requirements Qualifications & Experience:
- Mandatory - Candidate must possess +/- 2 to 5 years experience in outdoor sales in Oman. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in outdoor sales.
- Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving license is a must Language:
Good skills in speaking and writing of English are essential, Arabic language knowledge is a plus. Should be fluent in speaking Hindi. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
