To expand our corporate and VIP client base, we are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and driving sales through proactive client engagement. The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proven experience in luxury sales or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new corporate and VIP clients to promote Savanna's floral and gifting solutions. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Develop tailored proposals and quotations for events, weddings, and corporate gifting. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Savanna at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure client requirements are delivered with excellence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in outdoor sales, corporate sales, or business development (preferably in luxury retail, floral, hospitality, or events industry). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred. Valid Qatar driving license required.
