We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will actively represent our company's offerings, craft effective sales strategies, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and engage new clients to grow the company's customer base. Perform market analysis to identify customer needs, monitor industry developments, and keep track of competitors. Source leads through methods such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and in-person visits. Promote and explain the benefits of our products and services to potential customers. Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and well-structured proposals. Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently meet sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide dedicated post-sales support. Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build connections and promote the brand.

Qualifications:

1 year of hands-on sales experience, ideally within telecom, real estate, banking, or solution-oriented sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong skills in communication, persuasion, and relationship-building. Highly motivated, target-focused, and capable of working independently. Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills and a strong customer-first mindset. Must hold a valid QID and be legally permitted to work in Qatar.
