We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company's products and services, develop sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to grow your professional network.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the telecom, real estate, banking, or solutions industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Must have a valid QID and be eligible to work in Qatar.
