Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team and promote our range of IT Networking and Low Current Products in major cities of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical background in IT networking, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for Identifying potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: . Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of IT networking products and low current systems . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including IT managers, system integrator, and project managers. . Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to generate new business leads. . Provide detailed information and demonstrate the features, benefits, and usage of IT networking products to customers. . Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability. . Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. . Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the latest IT networking products, industry trends, and competitive offerings. . Provide after-sales support, including assisting customers with product installations, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications & Experience . Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or a related field is preferred. . Preferred Holders of Driving License . Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the IT industry or with networking products. . Knowledge of IT networking products, including IT Networking Equipment, Network Cabling, and related technologies and accessories. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. . Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. . Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. .
