Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Outdoor Sales Executive

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the printing or decor industry and will be responsible for driving revenue by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

? ?Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UAE market.

? ?Promote and sell the company's range of products, including UV printing, custom wallpaper decor, and advertising solutions.

? ?Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

? ?Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.

? ?Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

? ?Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client specifications.

? ?Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups using CRM tools.

? ?Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

? ?Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the printing, decor, or advertising industries.

? ?Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.

? ?Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? ?Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

? ?Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam are a plus.

? ?Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
