Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the printing or decor industry and will be responsible for driving revenue by building lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Promote and sell the company's range of products, including UV printing, custom wallpaper decor, and advertising solutions*.

Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to meet client specifications.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the printing, decor, or advertisingindustries.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE Driving Licenseis a must.
Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam are a plus.
Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
