We are looking to hire an energetic and results-driven
Outdoor Sales Executive
to join our Trading & Contracting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting cold calls, visiting prospective clients, gathering market intelligence on upcoming projects, and promoting/selling our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
cold calls
and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
Visit existing and potential clients to present company products and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify and collect information on
new projects, tenders, and market trends
.
Promote and sell company products to contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate terms to close sales.
Maintain an updated client database and sales activity reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
2-4 years of sales experience
in trading and/or contracting sector in UAE/GCC.
Qualification: BE or MBA
Proven track record in
B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition
.
Knowledge of construction materials, MEP, and contracting industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
