JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative. The candidate for this position must have a vast knowledge on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Self-driven salesperson by creating new opportunities using his consultative approach to sell, use his expertise to identify customers which can will lead to sales opportunities and securing the business for the company.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Work on meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly Sales Target

o Market and sell our PPE range of products - (our own brand)

o Consistently meet new and existing key customers which requires our products and further extend our product portfolio with the customer

o Manage complex negotiations with senior and top management level

o Identify client new projects evaluating their position in the industry and analyzing sales opportunities

o Provide a high standard of service to the existing & new customers

o Build rapport and establish long term relationships with the customers

o Work on registering our company to various industries, customers and government entities

o Capable of managing customer complaints and having the ability to negotiate with both the company and customers with a win-win solution

o Find ways to improve the sales, recommendation, new sales strategies is highly appreciated and open for discussion with the management for implementation

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrate his Track Record in Sales

Well-connected in the market specifically with end-users

At least 5 Years work experience as Outdoor Sales for PPE in UAE mainly in the emirate of Abu Dhabi

Exquisite knowledge in Safety PPE products

Has strong client portfolio representing previous and current customers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Motivated, aggressive and self-driven attitude

Driving License is a Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
