We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and representing the company in face-to-face meetings with architects, engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a sales team, and managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills, and holds a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and interior designers. Conduct client visits, project site inspections, and product presentations. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. o Lead, mentor, and support a small team of sales representatives or project coordinators. o Coordinate and manage multiple sales projects and client accounts simultaneously. o Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. o Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. o Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and site meetings.

Requirements: o Proven experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in construction, design, or a related industry. o Strong network or ability to build connections with architects, engineers, and designers. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects efficiently. o Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. o Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. o Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. o 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
