The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fit-out industry (commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality), excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets through field-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, site meetings, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
Promote the company's interior fit-out services and solutions to potential clients.
Understand client requirements, conduct site assessments, and coordinate with the design and estimation teams to develop proposals.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and project briefs.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on project execution and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client databases.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the interior or marble & wood industries.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and market segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites and client meetings
