Outdoor Sales - Building Materials (Projects) | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a skilled Outdoor Sales Executive with an engineering background to focus on project sales in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and secure new project sales opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers.
-Understand project specifications and ensure product suitability for each project.
-Prepare and submit project submittals, technical documentation, and proposals.
-Closely working with the consultant to add the products in the project's vendor list
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of outdoor/project sales experience in building materials.
-Engineering background or familiarity with construction project specifications.
-Experience in project submittals and technical documentation.
-Valid UAE driving license.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
