Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outdoor field sales to acquire new customers and build strong market presence.
Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into active clients.
Handle administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal departments.
Assist in the hiring process: screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and operational tasks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing service information and resolving issues promptly.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and submit daily progress reports.
Support operational workflows and contribute to improving field performance efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience in
outdoor/field sales
(telecom industry experience preferred).
Experience in
administration and hiring/recruitment
is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid driving license is an advantage.
