Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive

with a

proven track record in the marble/natural stone industry

. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales across construction and interior projects. A

valid UAE driving license

and strong industry knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the

marble and construction industries

. Conduct site visits and meetings with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers. Promote Al Hadeer's range of marble and stone products to potential clients. Prepare and present detailed quotations, proposals, and technical product information. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments (production, design, logistics) for seamless project execution. Track competitor activities, market trends, and project leads. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience

in outdoor sales within the

marble/natural stone industry

. Strong technical knowledge of

marble materials, finishes, applications, and installation processes

. Solid understanding of

construction project lifecycles

and procurement procedures.

Valid UAE driving license

is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Open to all nationalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Existing client relationships in the UAE marble or construction sector is a strong advantage.
