Actively seek out and engage potential customers to drive sales of outdoor flooring materials
Utilize experience with electronics, cameras, audio, and video to enhance product positioning
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify opportunities
Gather client feedback and market insights to support product development and marketing strategies
Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and offer tailored consultations
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders to recommend suitable flooring solutions
Prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales contracts
Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems
Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review
