We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable
Outdoor Operations Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our freight forwarding operations, handling critical outdoor tasks such as document collection/delivery, port/customs coordination, and client support visits. A valid UAE driving license (car or bike) and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily outdoor operational activities including customs documentation, port clearances, and cargo release processes.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and government authorities as needed.
Ensure the timely collection and delivery of documents, shipments, and packages.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through professional and efficient service.
Support the indoor operations team by providing real-time updates from the field.
Requirements:
Minimum of
2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
.
Valid
UAE driving license
(car or bike).
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
in English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent
organizational and time management
skills.
Ability to
work independently
and under pressure.
Good knowledge of UAE customs and port procedures is an advantage.
