Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Researching, prospecting and developing new and existing client relationships
  • Use lead generation tools such as Salesforce, VSNAP, Twitter and LinkedIn to generate potential sales leads
  • Prospect and qualify prospective business from outbound marketing campaign leads, inbound leads and various other lead sources
  • Understand a wide range of hardware and software product solutions and technologies
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
  • Participate in sales, business and technical training courses to increase awareness of our channel partners' solutions
  • Keep accurate and detailed notes in all CRM related activities
  • Send product evaluations, generate quotes, process orders as necessary
  • Resolving sales or delivery issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Previous full cycle sales experience; preferably infrastructure-related
  • Enterprise IT network and infrastructure design and product knowledge familiarity preferred or an aptitude to quickly ramp up on product hardware and software solutions
  • Superior business and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to travel
