Compensation: AED Monthly basic + Tiered Commission + Quarterly Bonus

Role Objective:

To drive

new business acquisition

and

grow revenue from existing clients

by actively promoting Bravura's full suite of branding and corporate gifting solutions across the UAE market. The Outdoor Sales Representative will be directly responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, closing deals and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field visits, networking and cold outreach.

Visit minimum 3-5 potential clients daily and maintain detailed visit reports.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to proposal to closing.

Upsell and cross-sell Bravura's range of products (corporate gifts, uniforms, signage, printing).

Build long-term relationships with clients and secure repeat business.

Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and maintain healthy sales pipeline in CRM.

Coordinate with design, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Male & Female candidates; valid UAE driving license preferred.

2-5 years, B2B sales experience in corporate gifts, printing, signage, or related industry.

Proven skills in Client Engagement, Relationship Building, and Business Development.

Proficiency in Sales Techniques and Negotiation, with a results-driven mindset.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with the internal team.

Experience in market research, trend analysis, and reporting to identify new opportunities.

Fluency in English (Arabic/ Hindi/ Urdu an advantage).

Prior experience in advertising, corporate gifts, or relevant industries is an advantage.

Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented; no "comfort zone" mentality.
