The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to prospective customers in outdoor settings. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Identify and approach potential customers in designated outdoor locations
- Present and demonstrate products/services to customers effectively
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus
