The Outdoor Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of external areas such as walkways, parking lots, gardens, building exteriors, and public areas. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for staff, visitors, and the public
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and wash outdoor surfaces including pavements, driveways, and patios.
Collect and dispose of litter, leaves, and other debris.
Clean building exteriors, outdoor furniture, and signage.
Empty outdoor trash bins and replace liners as needed.
Maintain cleanliness around entrances and exits.
Perform basic garden upkeep like watering plants, removing weeds, and trimming bushes (if applicable).
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, blowers, or hand tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services (preferred).
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
